Rain changes Rovinj, but it does not ruin it. The polished stone lanes grow glossy, fishing boats rock a little harder in the harbour, and the old town seems to pull everyone indoors towards warm coffee, seafood risotto, small galleries, and windows fogged from raincoats drying on chair backs.
