Apartments in Rovinj

Casa Blanca

A small house for slower days by the Adriatic

Casa Blanca is a contemporary apartment house in Rovinj, created for guests who like to begin the day with coffee on quiet stone streets, spend the afternoon near the water and return to a calm, considered space as the town begins to soften into evening.

A house shaped by light, stone and the rhythm of Rovinj

Casa Blanca was created around the idea that a stay in a coastal town can feel both connected and private. The house sits close to the streets, cafés and changing light that make Rovinj memorable, yet each apartment gives guests a quieter place to return to between one part of the day and the next. Inside, simple materials, natural textures and considered details make it easy to settle in. Outside, the town is there when you want it: a morning market, a swim before lunch, an evening walk along the harbour or a table found just before sunset.

Choose the stay that feels like yours

Each apartment at Casa Blanca has its own point of view: morning light, a quiet courtyard, a generous living room or a small terrace for the last part of the day. What they share is the same calm attention to comfort, material and place.

Rovinj

Rovinj at your pace

Start before the streets wake up, follow the harbour toward the water and leave the afternoon open for a swim, a market stop or a table that catches the last light. Rovinj is best experienced without trying to fit everything into one day. Casa Blanca shares a few local notes to help you begin, then leaves room for the town to reveal itself slowly.

The details between one day and the next

A bright stairwell, a shaded entrance, a place to leave a market bag, a local map on the table or a balcony door left open to the evening air—Casa Blanca is designed around the small transitions that make an apartment stay feel easier and more personal.

"We loved being able to step into the old town in the morning and return to such a calm, beautiful space. The local notes led us to places we would never have found on our own."

Nina and Leo

Studio Luce

"The apartment made our weekend feel longer. We spent the mornings wandering, came back for a quiet afternoon and went out again only when the light began to change over the harbour."

Marta

Apartment Sera

"We travelled with two children and the courtyard became part of every day. The apartment was generous, easy and close enough to everything that we hardly used the car."
