About

The story behind Casa Blanca

Casa Blanca began with a belief that a stay in a town should feel both connected and calm. The house was created for guests who want to step into Rovinj’s everyday rhythm—its stone streets, water, cafés and evening light—then return to an apartment that feels easy to live in.

A house in conversation with the town

Casa Blanca is shaped by the details that make Rovinj memorable: sun on pale stone, the sound of the harbour in the distance, shutters opening to the morning and the pleasure of walking everywhere without needing a plan. The house takes its cues from that setting—light, simple materials and rooms designed for resting between one part of the day and the next.

Thoughtful in the ways that matter

We believe the best stays are supported quietly. Clear arrival information, a comfortable bed, useful local notes, good light in the morning and a place that feels right to return to can make more difference than unnecessary extras. Casa Blanca offers help when guests want it and the privacy to make the stay their own when they do not.

Several apartments, one calm identity

Studio Luce, Apartment Sera and Apartment Corte each offer a different way to stay—light for two, room for a longer weekend or space for family and friends. What they share is the same attention to ease, material and the particular rhythm of Rovinj.
